i know a few spots in barcalona, mostly in central area, mostly new/hip hop/dance.
Stockholm is a good city for digging. not only do they have a wide selection of shops they have a couple of really good record fairs. The swedes seem to be pretty into their american parafanalia, including funk and jazz and rock records.
can't remember the name of the shop but A.M. (
www.myspace.com/almaproductions) works in a really good shop and he even helped me digg through the crates to get breaks i wanted. really nice guy.
if you check that myspace link that's a photo of part of the shop in the background.
i would email him and ask the address if you are ever thinking of going there. they do discounts based on how many records you get. so the more you buy the more discount you get
Paris is another good digging city, and i guess brussels must have some good spots, i mean if belgium can churn out some badass funk artists like marc moulin, they must have some deep crates hidden somewhere!

There's a nice spot in Lausanne, Switzerland, somewhere, I've heard.

Aaah, what a shame that I didn't yet have a turntable back when I lived in Hamburg... I know Michelle Records, though. Sometimes they let bands play in their front showcase, that was pretty cool.
