Can't help you really, never been in Idaho.
You could try searching for some stores on the internet or asking people around...I dunno.
Someone should really make a site for all the digging spots like salvation army stores and record stores.
Something like this,

i found a st vincent dupauls or whatever for 10 cents a record so i went crazy

wow your gramps is making you studio? that's cool
you should look in Spokane if that's a metropolitain city.
i live in Toledo Ohio and there is suprisingly a huge amount of places to cop
I think we experience some run off of dope records from Detroit being 40 minutes away as well as ann arbor in between.

yeah he is...hella tight right? and yeah i did. they got some joints. there pricey though. but for sure alot of good dig spots just became unravelled.
