you can only use the backround music on page.
due date- August 27, 2007
edit-
rules, you can only use the sample nothing else. you can run the whole mix thru whatever you want but no seperating tracks outside the 404.

That's great I already had my 303 plugged into my mac when I saw the post, classic.
I put up some songs in the more lo-fi thread, check it out.
By the way what are the rules, I'm assuming you can only use that song for all sounds that you use, but get back at me.

Like I said my sampler was all hooked up when the sample dropped, plus I actually had a lot of fun making it, I had to think up some new shit to make that beat because for one that's not the type of sample I would try to flip and two I have such a large collection of breaks I'm not used to having to find the drum sounds from the original song, it was tough but I love a challenge and learned a lot.

word, these contest are good practice for flippin sounds into drum hits. I thought it was impossible with some of the past contests, but if you mess with the 404 enough you can do anything.

Yeah, if you put a loop in the right settings with the slicer it makes a sound that DJ's call a transformer scratch that was invented by DJ Spinbad, and I'm not a raider's fan but I do live in east oakland, I have to rep the town, home of the Living Legends Crew. I'm glad you liked the beat

Dr.303, that sounds really sick. you've definitely made that sample your own. i really like the 'scratching' part, and especially the stabs that occasionally appear. good work

I think it sounds pretty dope, I really like the fat bass line.
