Everything seems to load fine but no sound

Hello. I just bought another SP808 for spares, but it seems to be in really good condition (compared to my old beat-up one!). I can load a disc no problem and all the pads light up with samples as they should but there is absolutley no sound coming from either the headphone output or the main outputs. Any ideas anyone?

I might be wrong but I think user TGN got an 808 too, might have some pointers if u check his posts/can contact him

Hey AJCT,
there are various places where you can make settings for audio routing and you have to check the levels of samples and banks...so there is no easy answer.
Does your 808-unit has an output board installed? Maybe the audio is routed to the digital out instead of mainout?
Do you checked the troubleshooting site in the manual, "no sound" page 186?
