Welcome to the SPBB #315!

RULES :
- Use only the sample provided
- SP only. Adding compression, limiter or bouncing to tape on the final take is allowed
- No outside instruments of any kind
- Vocal allowed - if it's your own. So rapping, talking, humming and turning it into a bass or something - it's all good. Needs to be recorded to SP directly though, you can use a microphone of any kind.
I'll set the deadline for next Friday, 26th

There are couple of one shots on the sample here and there, plus I wanted it to be a bit more challenging

Okay, I get that. The solo breaks in the track are pretty groovy and well-played, my only gripe is the yucky reverb all over the track it will be a real challenge to get the drums to sound crisp.

That's why I opted for allowing the microphone, so you can record what you seem fit, but your vocal and, say, fingers only - beat box it or finger snap it
I can also extend the deadline if anyone feels like more time should be added

Yoo I got some sauce!!! I got to record a video for this! I only used the sample. Getting good drums was hard. I just ended up embarrassing the reverb.

Hm.. I didn't chop it myself, so I'm guessing you're both right then - but hey, if it's challenging but you still wanna flip it, use your own drums then, it's cool. I don't mind, as long as you guys are having fun.
