Who can help me save my SP1200 w/HxC emulator?

Hi everyone!

A while ago, I bought an EMU SP1200 Final Edition with a HxC Floppy Emulator.
I knew there was an issue with the disk and the seller didnt know what the issue was exactly.

I took it to a well known tech here in the area and so far, he managed to get the disktest to run through succesfully on everything. He told me he knows for sure everything is ok from a hardware perspective (the drive should be ok too) and said the only thing he can think off is that the ready made files which you can download in the whole package (I assume he is talking for the HxC floppy emulator) are not correct.

Is there anyone who had similar issues and who can propose a solution? Im sure my tech will solve it eventually, but my hands have been itching for a while to get to work with this beautiful puppy...any help much appreciated!!
