Some questions about the dr 202

Post by Kacabtz »

Hello it's been a couple of weeks since i ve been messing around with the boss dr 202 and it looks pretty fun. I have some questions and i hope someone would help me.

-Can i adjust the levels of the kicks, snares and hi hats etc on a pattern like the 404?
-Can i apply an effect on a specific pad? Because when i use the instrument knob on snare 1 and put some reverb i hear that the reverb it has been on all my drum pattern

Thanks for your time

Aye bro... been a minute since I owned on of these, but man I miss it. One of my favorite drum machines by far!

The quick answer to both your questions is, YES!

Check out the manual for details:

They’re fairly cheap and deliver the goods, and even though the internal patterns are dated, you can make custom kits and make your own rhythms. I guess you can even do Trap on it.
