I was under the impression too that we still had a couple of days left. All cool with me though, I'll just jump in the next battle.

Yeah, I got it on there now. Oh and yeah the battle was technically over 2 days ago since the samples were posted on the 2nd. The samples were great, but people seemed to be busy this week. Nice selection though Adru.

Yeah I thought someone asked for a bit more time too.. but anyways my vote went to the Count - amazing stuff. Elhau's tempo changes reminded me of my heartbeat on a hangover sunday

actually the deadline was supposed to be sunday..
no one asked for extra time-that was just the deadline.i figured that was acceptable since the last battle lasted like 8 weeks.

Some samples are still too loud. Compression sounds like crap and drumtrack + transitions aren't fully programmend. let's say I'm 75% way done. Too bad that the deadline was changed...

ya, I just finished mine. I gotta go out now then download LAME encoder again (somehow got deleted) to post it. If enough people think this ended too early me or doc could just take down the poll and start over whenever you guys agree.

Yo... this has to be reposted. There was discussion as to the deadline and everyone seemed to be in agreement.
it's the double weekend that makes it seem long... Tues through the next Thurs isn't bad cause we get a new sample to f*** with over the weekend, and not just a poll to look at. Maybe we should nail em all down at 7 days moving forward...
How does that sound?

here is mine. I'm gonna add all the late entries too. There has been only 2 votes so far so you wont be at a big disadvantage. If enough people want we can start the poll over, just try and get your beat in quickly. Let me know what you guys want.
I usually try not to mess with the deadline too much but there seems to have been a lot of confusion with this one.

Sorry I didn't mean to cut people off, but the rules state that a battle runs for 1 week and the poll runs for 3 days as divined by IG9 who started the battles. When the days are always changing it's a little trickier to moderate too.

good point, but for a while the 1 week deadline rule hasnt really been followed. We have kinda been calling it as we go, I think most battles take around 7-10 days. I dont think that is an unreasonable amount of time but Doc is right the rule is 1 week. I'm cool with it if we stick to the 1 week thing, it was just unexpected for some.
