Loading pre existing composistions

Kinda stupid question but just need to clarify something before commiting to the sp404sx

Was wondering if I load a bunch of samples that are all on time and have been sequenced in a DAW will the sp404sx play them in exact start points as I loaded them on? To the millisecond or very fine increment what ever that may be

Reason I ask is I know, well at least have seen the primitive way the sp selects start points for samples
