Anybody got any decent programs (opensource/freeware whatever) that can take a crap load of wav files and batch convert them to be the correct sample rate?

Im currently sitting with sound forge open and doing each one by itself (338 samples )

It isnt too bad, but its taking forever.

just wondering what every one else uses.
