Getting Your SP serviced like MPC

do any of you get your SP's serviced? I wasn't sure if many people knew you could since I saw some things about knobs getting really loose, but I took mine a while back and got new pads on mine and they adjusted the knob pots too.. I went to a local Roland dealer here in Houston and got it back in a week, and it felt like new again
