Any idea of what drums Ohbliv uses?

Okay before you guys cruicfie me and be like GET YOUR OWN SOUND! I was just curious on how he gets those low punchy lo fi soul dirty drum sounds? Any ideas? Maybe he loops vinyl drm breaks maybe?

We will never know for sure but it seems like mostly vinyl chops from a lot of late 70's-80's and probably even early 90's r&b and soul music eq'd or isolated to the way his ear desires. Also usually a lot of compression at the end for the ducking or side chaining effect. A lot music during that era used drum machines like the oberheim dmx and linndrum which can usually be heard in most his beats. Bouncing to tape never hurts either!

pitch - timestretch + bitcrush + compression will get you there..
use your ears along the way... :
