Yo, I need some advices...
I know it's been talked a lot about that but anyway...
I don't wanna use my computer for recording anymore cause I don't like it to work that way. I've used Cubase for multitracking but now some little voices in my head are telling me that I need a hardware-multitracker, and as usual I follow them...
I thought about a Boss 1180 (w/o CD-Burner)... it's not that expensive anymore.. (250€) Any expierences with that machine???
Does an digtal multitrack-recorder worth the money compared to a computer???
I like the feature to have an EQ, FX + COMP for each channel.. isn't that great...?
I also thought about a Tascam tape-multitracker, but I think if I go that way I'll need an external equaliser and a compressor...?!
Can I use a (digital) multitracker as a mixer also?
Thanx for ya attention...
