just a few rules:

-You can pitch the samples with whatever you want (sp, audacity&other softwares and daws, multitracker pitch control etc.
-Use your own drums and percussions (kick, hats etc)...the only rule is creating your snare with the external mic and resampling (if you have not the ext mic you can record sounds with any device and then import in the sp), no "conventional/classic" snares.
-Synths are allowed
-no vocals samples this round

Deadline---> midnight on the 4th of August.

PS: i don't know exactly what "powwow" means but i've found on wikipedia this meaning and i like it...

Snare was made out of a cheap clap attempt recorded through internal laptop mic then sampled and resampled on 606.

What I define as a snare sound is stones recorded though internal mic. The strange flute sound is my little kaossilator

damn guys i'm sorry, maybe I didn't choose the right samples, specially the first one is not really easy to flip...if you are not happy with what has been done I can add another track and extend the deadline, let me know if you like the proposal...

ty man, haha you're right, the summer has a bad impact on productivity imo, personally these days i struggle to wear headphones

Hey Guy's ... finally got the time to be part of another beat battle !! loved the samples and as it was quite difficult to flip with the sp I did something quite minimal and basically this is all resampling !! with a lot of effect on the homemade SNAP/CLAP recorded through internal sp mic and also on the sample !!
