IMO this is the illest battle so far- every beat is sick.
mostblunted- real sick flip. you made the most out of this ill sample I like the way the drums and sample sound together and I like the layer of grime too.
drewzle- good isolation of sounds. you really flip it from the original - that drum solo shit is crazy around 1:20. really sick beat.
Doc- nice calm beat- def has an effect on the mental, it made me more chill. your signiture style on the timing sounded sick on this flip.
jbl- nice track. It could have been flipped more but it was a nice arrangement- you def took advantage of an ill sample.
sp404beatz- cool track man. I remember you said you were a noob, I see your making progress on the SP. My only advice --simple loops aint always bad, but it dont look good in time of battle

. glad you joined the fight.
olerud- sick beat man. i like use of flutter fx (i think i hear). it has sick unquantized sound too.
IIIII- very proffesional sounding. very calm vibe too. Doesnt sound like the original at all. real sick and original track.
All these beats got there own ill steez, def a tuff decision but I guesse I'll go with mostblunted.

mostblunted- awesome beat, great use of the vocals! you seem very comfortable sampling this style of music... i can hear your influences
drewzle- like how you isolated those guitar riffs, very clean sounding. it's also VERY catchy, its running through my head again and again
juxt- great atmosphere, sounds like a beat for a retrospective 'all the bad things i've done' type rap
DR.Sample303- very smooth with the guitar samples, sounds like something i almost made! love how you layered the samples but they don't sound like they are out of place at all
jbl- cool beat but when it comes to the battle i want MORE, transitions between samples were kinda choppy too
sp404beatz- sounds good, a little bit more variation with the drums could lead to something even better
olerud- my fav beat, very smooth and clean, simple but things are switched up a bit to keep me interested
IIIII- this mother fucker doesn't know what he is doing
QuoteunQuote- sorry but your beat wont play! everyone else's is working fine... soooo i'll check it out later
votes for olerud

Again thank you guys... great beats in this battle, but most blunted catched me most. Drums sounded really good plus nice chops on that sample. What else could I say ... I just love it ...
(btw. where is the "forum-compilation" ?)

hey y'all. well fought.
can't get quoteunquote track to play.
i'm going with IIIII - more to my tastes, a little more washy and abstract.
howevs, i liked some of the others in there, esp, most blunted's use of the vox, and drewzle's use of the guitar parts.
still, IIIII for the win.
