Hey everyone. Just wanted to congratulate Asha c and Chopperman for winning the last battle (3-way tie!!) and letting me pick the samples for this round. There's two options to go with here:
Outside drums are allowed. Please no synths or outside vocal samples. Lets stick within the provided samples (with the exception of drums). Any questions just post them here. Let's get it on!

i'm glad the rules are like this again(with the exception of drums) , Makes another creativity after different rules i think (and doing other beatbattles)- and more Feng Shui for my padbank again
Gonna smoke sum Bubbles to fly high in the sky and grab some stars to make a nice warm blanket for us spbeatbattlecats to cuddle with, this cold snowing winter!

Yo, what's up? I've sold my 404 a year ago but my producing buddy bought one a couple of weeks ago. I'll try to get him to flip these samples with me. So good to feel the machine under my fingers again

Listen to the latest battles! SP-Forums are making some nice beats!
Used the smashing pumpkins sample only. Drums are Boss dr groove 202 for the drum rolls and multi layered kick, hat, ride and snare for drums.
I would have liked to record it again but my damn fake cf card mangled my main loop and its difficult recreating it to sound how I got it for some reason and as it was done using resample method there's no going back
edit: note about the drums: The snare is from the smashing pumpkins tune, kick hat and ghost note are one hits from random famous drum breaks.
