Yeah, I've told keesj about this and even offered to help delete them if he was too busy. But as he stated to me they don't spam or post so it's probably not worth it on the off chance that an actual legit user might get deleted on accident.

Yeah, but whenever someone clicks the link of the webpage inside this account's profile, the spammer will know this bot found it's way into the forum and was able to register... and thén it will start spamming.
It kinda comparable to a terrorist sleeping cell so to say, but yeah, deleting legit accounts is definitely undesired.

Who would be dumb enough to click any links one those people make.
I just don't even pay them any mind anymore, I guess if there was more spam it would be different though.

Thanks for notifying us but as DR.Sample303 mentioned it's currently to cumbersome to remove all those accounts. I've already removed the "member list" which lists all users including links to their websites.
I've just removed the "The newest registered user is ..."-part too which showed a link to a spammer's profile now and then.
So now you shouldn't be able to visit a spammer's profile unless he starts posting but fortunately they don't seem to do that. And if they ever do we will delete them immediately.
Ofcourse this isn't the ideal solution, but we will be upgrading to a new version of this forum soon which will make it easier to handle those pesky spammers.
