Blavatsky - Hallelujah Sister Drum Loop

You can grab a few more of Blav's breaks here. The pack contains some awesome, super compressed breaks. I picked the Horseback sample because I love it when ugly bands make beautiful music. Get sampling!

New guy here! I've been lurking and admiring the output of you guys for a while, and finally decided to take the plunge. Here is my contribution. It was made with Ableton, as the SP-404 (as awesome as it looks) is a bit too costly for me.

Thanks for having a go, dude! Really like what you've done- its got a sweet 90's shoegazer vibe. Kinda like Slowdive when they went electronic (but with more drums). Great stuff! But I'm probably the wrong person respond objectively to a track like this.

Only catch is that seeing you made it in Ableton it won't be going in the poll. Your track will be given an honorable mention though. You're also welcome to keep submitting tracks for battles but as long as they aren't done in an SP they aren't elligible for voting. Its probably worth checking the rules here. Failing that you could always start an open challenge & set your own rules for the round!

Cheers, Gis- that's pretty much the idea. Seems like battle beats are all I do these days! Time to re-evaluate the motivations.
