Here are a bunch of chopped (mostly 1 hit) samples from public domain jazz songs, with a few random exceptions. These are hand picked, not from a pack.

All are basically normalized and faded out where appropriate, with light compression/reverb added to some to level them out/add space. Some are loop-ish, the bpm on the filename is probably a rough estimate.

I get a lot of cool samples from links and posts here, wanted to give back.
Of course, fully welcome to use in any music you make.

Thanks limpy - there is a site that has tons of public domain jazz, http://www.jazz-on-line.com/

you can download the mp3s and chop away, quality varies.
It drops off around 1961 since its public domain(ish), but there are some great great sources in there.
