fav sh** from DITC?
I've been really into DITC lately. Just curious what some of ur fav joitns from the crew are? and whos ur fav mc and/or producer?
personally i like lord finesse on the mic the most as well as with the beats. But Diamond, Show, Buckwild, theyre all real nice with the beats.
some of my fav joints- 5 fingers of death, dignified soldiers, day one, next level (nyte time mix), hip 2 the game, theres really to many to name..a ton of classic material from them.
stunts blunts n hip hop!

Lord Finesse and Diamond D are my favorite beatmakers in DITC. I like Buckwild's sample choices but not his drums sometimes they just suck. Showbiz is too dope, like a grimey version of Pete Rock.

Buckwild's one of my favorites... Time's Up, Put it On, Stress, C'Mon Wit da Get Down, pure grimy Sp1200 shit.

I'm a big fan of Lord Finesse. From rhymes to the beats, he's got unmatched skill. Funky Technician is such a classic LP and really defines the '90s sound of boom bap. It exemplifies the whole digging in dusty crates culture and sound. The James Brown sampling was at its peak at this time and I think the best of that stuff is captured on this one album. Also features some really early production work of DJ Premier.
Disciple of the Boom Bap.

Re: fav sh** from DITC?
"Goodfellas" has some dope tracks but as an overall album, "Runaway Slave" is the best!
