Sup Fam, its been a long time since I posted anything. You guys have been so helpful in the past. I recently copped a Roland VS-2400CD. I'm now diving into the learning curve of it. All the features it has are truly amazing. I was wondering if any others have VS units and ask how they have used it to create their music.

I now have quite a bit since I started buying equipment. Thanks to all those who have giving me input in the past.

I have a VS 840 ive been trying to get rid of for a while now. Its just too complicated for what id like to do with it. Its way easier to copy and paste and edit on my sp 808 than the Vs. I thought the editing would be similair but its not. Ive used it just to lay tracks down really quick. Like id loop a drumloop for about a minute then id just rock out on top and see what comes out. Anything beyond that just seemed like such a learning curve that i just gave up. If you just need something to record your beats to then its all good. But if you'd like to actually multi-track your beats, its a pain in the ass.
