Hey man! Yeah; me personally I love them. the bit i'm really digging is the four step sequencer and the envelope.
Re: Studio Pics
Sweet man! They look really fun, good way to learn a bit more about synthesis too, nice!

Re: Studio Pics
the moog units are all moogerfoogers, bg fx pedals that create & respond to control voltages like an analog synth. they all have a built in preamp and take instrument to line level signals
above the 303 is the low pass filter, furthest right is the ring mod, and beside that the freqbox, which is a vco that syncs/gets FM from the audio input.
everything on earth sounds better through the moog filter. the ring mod is cool since you can ringmod two external souds with each other or use the internal oscillator. the freqbox can be an interesting effect but i mostly use it as an extra oscillator for making silly synth patches

Re: Studio Pics
i don't have monitors either. I have a good sounding pair of bookshelf speakers, and a pair of jbl "monitors" that are really just bookshelf speakers themselves. they sound great together, and I can switch between the two when mixing for perspective. I built this shelf over the summer to keep all my stuff in one place, as i have a small living room and it's filling up with baby toys. under the mp and sp is a small alto mixer and an art tube interface.

I don't have monitors. If I did, I'd have no place to live cause I'd get evicted, prolly. Cans be the way...

It's my main sampler. I sequence it with the mpc. You know that sampling and chopping is so fast and easy on it. If I get something useable from sampling, and I want to come back to it later, I'll save to the sp or mpc, and continue from that machine in the future, so I never have to mess with floppies. Plus, everything goes through it on its way into the 303 and mpc, so I use the effects often. and using the sp's effects at the same time if I want means I don't have to resample if I want to use two effects. And it sounds amazing, and comes with plenty of good sounds. Totally slept on machine. Even the sequencer is ok once you get the hang of it...
