ive yet to listen to that album, but i know he got an mpc2000 after the release of the peel sessions (2002 i believe). he might have just gone back to the 202 for the hell of it

Yeah man, i pre ordered the vinyl, and a buddy who bought the digital was kind enough to share it with me while i wait. I like it a lot, lots of grimey beats, surprisingly alchemist has some solid lines and as always oh no is nice on the mic. Too be perfectly honest though i expected more from the record, considering they've apparently got like 3 years of material between them, and some of my favourite joints like 'the sickness' was included on the sawblade ep rather than gutter water which i don't really get. But hey, it's dirty none the less and its worth the listen.

btw ive been bumping pure Nneka lately, that lady is the damn truth..
