Would've been all over this one if I'd paid more attention... Gnarly idea though, gonna listen the shit out of the submissions. Would've picked Sonic & used the ESX for beats as a parallel to the whole Nintendo vs Sega 90s thing.

i kicked peach for inactivity and added AGE / Captain Falcon!
so there is a hot seat left; speak up you want it!
i added a quick poll (we dont wait a whole day anymore) for the gold and bronze battle... will be home in a couple of hours; all you folks get a pm when the tourney starts!

Just to make sure tho, we can use outside samples, other synths and stuff as well as software? Open challenge style?
Also, could we have the deadline Friday instead? Off to London for a few days so won't be back till Thursday.

[*]do with your sample whatever it takes to knock your opponent out
[*]pick your own drums and maybe synth if necessary
[*]additional equipment is okay but a sp should be your basic weapon
[*]throw in vocals and sound effects to give it a super sp smash bros feel,
but you don't have to...
one more day should be ok we'll see how things turn out next week... let's try to keep it in time though..
