Re: rep yo city
I really wanna move to Seattle. Cheaper cost of living than CA, highest minimum wage, legal reefer, like 10 record shops. How's the underground hip hop scene there guys?
Re: rep yo city
Sup Guys!
I am from Den Haag, or The Hague or La Haye or Agga
15-20 min. from Amsterdam.
I live in the center-ring with my girl (http://soundcloud.com/shahulk), Zeehelden-kwartier (Sea-heroes area), where all the coffeshops are(10 shops on my block). My favorite: GREENHOUSE. 2 min walking in my street to get my BlueBerryKush-CaseyJones-Polmskunk-HinduKush-BubbleAmnesia- when i make them beats. There is another one under my house , but the weed is not so good as GREENHOUSE.
NIghtmarkets,Supermarkets,Macdonalds and alot of stores for me in a little area , so i dont have to leave my SP for long , LOLZ.
Take my bike for 8min and then you get to my brothers house (RunRunRaw),But most of the time he comes here because the weed is better in my street.Execpt for one in his area:Florence!
The Hague is known for Dutch Rock Celebs, and alot of students and artists and our goverment.
U can Compare Amsterdam with NEW YORK and The HAgue with LA.
The people are more open in Amsterdam, in The Hague the people are more closed. To crowded to be a person....So i stay isolated in the beat-lab and only hang with ''MY PEOPLE"". REPRESENT AGGA!!!!

Love how people started posting pics of their city! Here's an image that I think really sums up Canberra and the attitude here (the flag's the top of our capital hill).

Re: rep yo city
Damn we have people all over the planet! I already knew that but it's fun to know where everyone actually resides.
I live in Sierra Madre, CA where I was born and raised but will probably be moving to Pasadena, CA (bordering city) soon. Sierra Madre is a small town with no stop lights and I live a block from hiking trails, and it's got a decent amount of fun happenings but Pasadena has more going on and is more 'centrally located'. My favorite record shop is there and you can get down into LA no problem whatsoever, 20mins or so. I'm lucky to have the LA music scene here, it's crazy.
@Endor and Sasquatch - I'm out in the Mojave every once in a while and love it there. I go to some desert gatherings which are pretty fun
@wax - Wanna trade spots? I could use some Berlin in my life haha

There's a pretty good hip hop scene with many cool people. check out black magic noize, a collective of several talented guys out here. Lots of good diggin spots too. I came out here for the weather (ironically) because LA was like the same weather every day of the year. Although it's rainy and a bit depressing, I'm so glad I moved out here.

I'm from North East Germany and have been living in Leipzig for a couple of years now. I'm gonna move out of country in about two months, maybe to Sofia, Bulgaria but it's not for sure, yet.

San Diego.

born and raised in houston, though.
Not a fan of houston and this will likely be the only time you see me admitting my hometown.
