That box is really cool. 8) Esp. because there are no loading times!!!
Thanx to elhau for bringing this shit up.
Would be really nice if people would upload their beats on their own...

I'll try to create a blog at our myspace so we can build up a nice battle history... I mean just the link to boxes... pretty simple but organized. I don't know why myspace kicked the link of the banner and the #33box-link...?! I ain't really got time to figure out what's the deal with this... anybody who got the knowledge let me know please...

Dope battle so far... Hard to vote on this one.
My project turned into something own... so thanx for the inspiration. 8)

Damn... nice beats fellas. Hey jbl... how is the workflow on the 505 compared to the 404 or 555? is it still pretty fast as far as sampling/resampling?

That box.net idea is cool... props to everyone who helped get that going.

... and thanks for the feedback as well. 8)

Yeah, that box.net thing is cool, let's keep it that way!

Also thanks for the feedback guys, I'm already anticipating the next battle to give it my best :)

as far as the speed question; i'll say yes and no. chopping is much quicker (and you can still use your ear along with a wave but mono only). however everything requires load time which can hinder creativity. the 505 has it's strengths for sure. one thing i don't like is the inability to mute sounds, while recording, like on the 404(subsonic method) but you can mute these 'channels' after it's recorded.

As much as I wanted to have a go at this sample I just ain't got time. Been working extra hours all week and tomorrow is my birthday. I'll be pretty much shitfaced all weekend. I haven't listened to any of em yet but I got high hopes. I'm sure you guys wrecked that shit.

I'm getting a 'Not shared' error when trying to listen online to the box.net songs!?

Anyone got ideas how to get rid of that?

Damn, I've checked almost everything and dunno why there appears this "not shared" text. All is set to "shared" so theoretically everyone should see and listen to all those tracks.
However everyone can still download the songs, but it's not what box.net were supposed to give us...
I think that yesterday, everething worked properly, and now, even after some playing with the settings, shit ain't working.
I've sent an email to those guys from this service, and now I'm awaiting the reply.

You can still listen to all the songs without downloading them by loggin into the box.net with login and password I gave some posts before.

OOh man my favorite soundtrack forever.
interesting tidbits All MIDI, by Nobou Umetsa, bad speller, It's Japanese People!

Did you know he took inspiration from Jimi Hendrix's - Purple Haze, on this one. Next time you listen try and catch it.

I dont know a toss up between blindfold and the counts, fuk all of them are real solid though

I will say the count, its a mix of house and rap, really nice I made a FL beat out of this one delayed, the shhhht out of it, Ohh that was before the computer crash of 08, tear.

Damn, how about Vincent's Nightmare song. I can loop that shit forever.

Never the less, I just got the SP in the Troubleshooting Phase. I am really liking this Arena, CHURCH.

_ M.F. DOOM, says in the Wax Poetic (No. 31) mag, that his beats are always evolving, having like a 2 year latency gap. Beats are always evolving.
