Basic rules are on 1st post.

For samples I believe we don't have to make it complicated cause it'll be time consuming. For example we don't have to post all the sounds we used and mix n choose samples for each battle. sounds puzzled for a forum

-we'll have a battle group of Heroes and one for Villains.the winners of those will battle each other on the ultimate Heroes vs Villain final battle !!
-each player can choose his sample (better to be off his character, can be a random one) but must use at least some stabs/sounds that might refer to his alias.
-2 minutes max per beat.
-One can use multiple machines,but an SP must be the main weapon of choice.
-let's set deadline for each battle at 1 week and see what's up.

Whoever wants to add something on rules just drop your ideas

we need to know all the participants so I can do the ?vs? battles. I'll just count on the other topic where everyone posts his selection.

i didn't understand:
who choose the samples ? how the ramdom roulette works ?
it's free ?

From what i understand roullette is when all players drop their preferably themed samples.after that someone needs to randomly give one sample to each player so he can battle.I remember doing this couple years ago but imo this will be time n energy consuming.

So i propose to keep it simple and each player just has to pick his themed samples or something like that. thats only my pov we can decide on that

We are going to battle 1-on-1 until everyone is eliminated. You have to chose a character (hero or villain) from a comic book, cartoon, or anime and represent that character in the battle beats you make. We are still doing a head count to see how many people are in. Once we know that, then we will be randomly chosen for 1 round, 1-on-1 matches and they will be voted on like the other battles.

rak, you gonna be heading up this tourney and picking the matches?
