Is the 505 woth copping?

The 606 was my first sampler...if I remember correctly it chops to a predefined region and you have no control over where the slices will land....or it might slice at the transients I can't remember. I think if I had my choice of all the SP line up I'd definitely want a 404SX and either a 303 or maybe a 555. Good luck making your decision.

for the record i like the 505 much better than the 606, chopping on the 606 is INSANELY tedious IMO. i've tried 303, 404, 505, 606.
