I'M BACK! Just bought a 404sx off craigslist, BRAND NEW in the box, everything included...$200.00. Sold my old 404 about a year ago (times was tight), but I'm SOOO psyched. I even bought an MPC1000 during that time(which I still have), but DAMN it's good to be back. It feels like the culture around those two devices is like night and day. It's also more fun to play with a 404 I've found. MPC1000 is a beast, but the creative juices don't flow from "thought -> form" as quickly and as easily. Just wanted to say I missed this place a LOT.
