i dunno...too afraid to scratch on this shit lol...they worked well on my other table tho... kept the platter from stopping

I just meant in general, not on the vestax. That needle is no ortofon, it'll eat some wax up after a while.

i bought today this thingy: sony ps-jp20.
no pitch
no batteries
no built in speakers
just a 45/33 thing of 28x28 cm!!!!
price..........................8€ (10,5 $)!!!
but it's ok to substitute my broken gemini turntable.
i will use it only to sample
and maybe i will try to study a system to built same battery-thing (nay ideas is wellcome :) ), like that if i have to go to listen to same shop of record this could be better (and with an sp-404...ike this i can sample directly in the shop....ehehehe... 8) )...sorry if someone of you has a record-shop... :D

nice find! no pitch tho.. I couldn't sample shit if I didn't have at least 10 percent pitch

yes i agree, i would like to have pitch to this thingy too, but i've got the mpc 1000 or pc eventually to do that, and for the price i said to myself "ok,let's go!".
