Re: SPBB 392 poll
Imagine being an actual war veteran and seeing a guy called Microphones write about his PTSD from a beat battle.
The search is half of the fun of sampling, the way I see it. I admit I hadn't listened to the whole video when I posted it. When I did listen, I admit I found it pretty funny how difficult and annoying it might be to flip any of it. I thought it was an interesting listen. A skilled producer can make something dope out of pretty much any sample. I understand that you prefer to be spoonfed. Its wack tho. Like your name. I'm sorry.

Sorry I don't know your whole life story.Chopperman wrote:Imagine being an actual war veteran and seeing a guy called Microphones write about his PTSD from a beat battle.
Like I said, no effort.Chopperman wrote:I admit I hadn't listened to the whole video when I posted it.
Yeah, as you can tell from everyone's comments, we all thought it was a LOLocaust as well. ROFLZ!!! LOLZ!!! SUPERBANTS!!!Chopperman wrote:When I did listen, I admit I found it pretty funny how difficult and annoying it might be to flip any of it.
Well I guess everyone's dogshit then and it's not just that they were TERRIBLE samples.Chopperman wrote:A skilled producer can make something dope out of pretty much any sample. I understand that you prefer to be spoonfed.
Awww, you don't like my name? I'll change it quick, just for you!Chopperman wrote:Its wack tho. Like your name.
a) It's a song by one of my past favourite bands. b) ...which itself refers to the book 1984 and the totalitarian governmental surveillance therein and c) one of my favourite sounds is the sound of wind rustling leaves, so it makes me think of that.
Your name, however, is perfect for you. Going with the regional english slang meaning of the word chopper, at least.

Re: SPBB 392 poll
Just to be clear, I'm not a war veteran. I'm usually not one to brag, but my name is pretty dope and my flip was pretty dope too. I had a lot of fun, and thats what its all about for me. Fun is number one, son.

How you really gonna not be able to come up with anything and then trash everyone who did. I enjoyed the other flips. I got a kick out of the complaints but at a certain point its enough whining.

And your other name is also wack.

At least somebody did, I guess?Chopperman wrote:I had a lot of fun
I didn't trash anyone who did. In fact, if you look back, I congratulated them on being able to come up with anything at all! Once more, glad you had fun at least!Chopperman wrote:How you really gonna not be able to come up with anything and then trash everyone who did. I enjoyed the other flips. Again, boo hoo, dickman doesn't like my name.Chopperman wrote:And your other name is also wack.
That refers both to a local medieval legend (I live in country older than a mere 250 years) and also to an ex, for whom most of those tracks were made.

Bruh is bragging how old his country is. Come on, son
Re: SPBB 392 poll
Sick burn. Nice suggestion. However, it wouldn't fit with the name of the legend then, would it?Chopperman wrote:You should change it to Runs of the Behind.
No brag. Didn't have anything to do with me; I just came in at the end. More a brag for age of the legend.Chopperman wrote:Bruh is bragging how old his country is. Come on, son

Why your tape sound like tinnitus tho
Re: SPBB 392 poll
Assuming you're referring to the black&white one, the 8-bit Amiga output was noisey af and a bitch to tame. Plus I'm generally shit at recording.

Ah, I was just trying to be funny. I took it too far. My bad. Let's take this combative energy to the next battle.
