I agree, because in my own recordings, I have found words and phrases but thought of it as a coincidence until my latest album. Where I heard voices not my own on some songs as well as samples chosen. I don't think Dilla was intentional, something channeled through him is all I can say.
I don't know, might be nonsense or too deep for some, but I've crossed, I know what I'm saying. I just can't explain it clearly right now.

Bless up, i would say it was intentional, though i have no proof, just feel it; not planned/premeditated but i think he wanted to say things through the choosen (accidentally found) samples. in a subtle and reserved way.
