my brother has one of these.. he was saying the P-lock opens up a lot of possibilities. he was using it to make some really cool house tracks and said it was really easy to learn

oh, yeah, i can finely believe that...as Ill Green said before i was using the Mark Button trick, now this (the p-lock) opens more possibilities, more than the start point trick on the korg esx...

This my first Elektron box and the learning curve is a little above average. I can still make a beat on it traditionally but I wanna utilize it like the way Cenk does, transforming on the fly and taking advantage of its features, that part I have not figured out yet but have some idea. Manual was revised a 3rd time, so I'll have to reread it again. This how I was when I first got my MV8800, so once again I gotta take the bull by the horns to overcome it. :)
