Wax thanks for setting all this up. I'd be willing to set up a new tourney. I kinda want to start a wwe wrestling tourney lol although I'm not sure what the wwe fan base is around here (tonight is wrestlemania btw). We could pick a wrestler and battle to theme music.. winner gets the belt. maybe have a variety of matches.. steel cage, ladder match, hardcore... let me know what you think.

The wrestling idea is awesome because those guys have all fought each other at one time or another, would make for good blow-by-blow commentator samples

that's true... alot of the themes are either like a national anthem or a busy modern song with lyrics on it.... kind of boring

yeah.. as much as i like the idea of different stages (rules?) and trash talking each other but the samples are key..

80's / 90's v themes are easy,short material and also tunes anybody can relate too.. just saying..

x-files, alf, miami vice... lot's of unique shit.. down for whatever though!

Anyone around here going to come through for the 80s beat tape? It seems to be losing interest around here. It would be helpful to get a show of hands so we know whether we should do multiple tracks for it.

i'd be interested to know if anyone would be interested in doing something like a audio/video battle? let's say 1:30 max since working on a video is also demanding. duo style (1videomaker1beatmaker???)

i don't know I just feel like it be easy to have some funky video that could add another aspect to beat battle (WHICH ARE STILL DAMN FUN!!)
