Do you do all of the mixing/mastering yourself too? It's just that everything is so wide and big and loud. Maybe a little too loud but that's just because my consumer reference headphone volume doesn't go any lower and the shit's still blasting louder than a mufucka

I mix and master while I make the beats , and tweak it after. Dont have too much knowhow on mastering..keep it raw like it is..
Word? i thought it was too quiet haha..maybe its just your headphones. I know some tracks are louder than others, i wish there was a program that could easily level it all without distortion or changement of sounds.

If you got reason 6.5 this comes in handy when trying to get a consistant volume when making tracks or recording stuff.

Nah, I have several regular headphones to monitor stuff just like this. Funny you think it's quiet, I actually think the EP(along with the Dusty Planets) is the loudest thing I have in my music collection.
But that's just something I pay attention to and I know a lot of folks don't. The music is extremely nice either way, had another listen at work today! I've been stuck on that Sunrise joint ever since I peeped it from youtube.

Check out T-RackS mastering software which you can run as a plugin or standalone.
It's come along way from when I first used it like 12 years ago.
