Quite an impressive kit list.
The Micro BR is a new one to me. Had to look it up...nice...
At its core, the MICRO BR is a four-track studio with four simultaneous playback tracks and two simultaneous record/input tracks. However, there’s more to this recorder than meets the eye. Each of the four main playback tracks also has eight companion V-Tracks (for a total of 32)
Almost 300 drum patterns are included
A quality multi-effects processor
The MICRO BR is capable of loading and playing MP3 files
Recording Time: 1 GB 2081 min 1040 min 693 min 94 min
wow.
I'm actually researching another tone module. The smallest thing with a few keys. I refuse to walk around with the hideous looking Alesis Micron.
The Novation Xiosynth is interesting as an option, but I don't know about its sounds...
10-voice mono-timbral engine with multi-effects processor and 200 massive sounds.
USB bus-powering is available, as well as optional battery (AA)/PSU operation, making the keyboard highly portable
I'd have to see what programming its engine is like. At 25 keys I think that's the smallest.
BTW, you stage show looks great. That's an awesome gig sounding off at a fashion show. Nice set up. I love how the uptempo joint kicks in later. It is weird to see the crowd so passive. I couldn't ignore those tunes if I was there. I'd probably get kicked out for jumping around.
Maybe I should stick to what I already have and resurrect an old unit. There's a Yamaha An200 and a Korg Electribe E-A1 which could both serve as tone generators and even handle melodic phrases without a keyboard.
I think the AN200 will be packed away and integrated.
lastly I added your profiles as friends on Myspace.
