Re: Studio Pics
Bumping this thread since its been stagnant.
New outlook, new machines and new setup. Sold lots of stuff. Only thing that survived is the MS-1, MV and SP606. Reduced to one monitor too, the Roland Cube CM30. Evolving my sound into new territory.

Not so much a studio but this is my hiding place for making music. I converted a garden shed in my backyard to an office.

Re: Studio Pics
^^^Nice!! Love the minimal setup.
I got the woodstand in my living room for now, I sold lots of gear and vinyl figures that I'm making room for it and funding for more records, I haven't bought any new material for a year and a half already. Besides that angle shown is only half of what the studio looks like, in a couple weeks it should be complete. Right now its just the Digitakt, MPC Live, MV8800 and the SP606 now. Had to sell the samplers I no longer use, and whats dope, mostly females bought my gear

Me too, only get a little free time at night, turn on the power strip and start jamming. Took me a while and other gear to get there (All sold except my 500, I can't bring my self to eBay it). I got my 404, now I'm content.
@Euclid: Yep, best guitar I've owned. It's the X series made with laminate too, traded a Taylor 314ce for it. Worth every penny.

Re: Studio Pics
The MPD26 is normally hooked up to the MS1, for SP12 crunch, MPC pads and mute group. Everything goes through the SP505 first, for editing.
I have a Chinese jazz bass copy, a fretless electro/acoustic, a Tanglewood tele-style guitar and my £35 galactic empire acoustic guitar. A Peavey KB300 amp and a DOD digital delay pedal (somewhere).

Thanks, man. I'm toying with the idea of copping myself an SP808 or 606.
Maybe get rid of the 505. Anyone up for trades?
