POLLS ALL CLOSE TONIGHT around 10 pm!! Ill post the pairings for the next round... we'll just go off of the bracket with cassie cage in place of reptile and takeda and mokap in place of kenshi and "?"... were gonna stick with the no rules format and ill try to gather together all of the samples used so far into one post and, of course, feel free to add more... the full mixtape/ list of samples at the end is gonna be epic

okay...the pairings for round 2 are as follows:

shang tsung vs smoke

scorpion vs. cyrax

kung lao vs. raiden

goro vs. onaga

mokap vs. ?


so we have 9 winners that move on to round 2... that means that we need one more person so that we can have 5 one on one matchups... were gonna do a quick, 4 day, beat battle between all of the people who got eliminated and any of the others that wanted to get involved in the tourney.. (if you havent claimed a character yet make sure they are available and include them in your beat post)

same "no rules" approach as before but if you are using a sample not posted already you can include it with your beat post

its going to be a hard time limit.. 4 days starting at midnight tonight (fri night sat morn) and ending tuesday at 11:59 pm... (if you get ur beat in wednesday before i get around to posting the poll ill include it)

also a small voting window of 3 days ending friday at 11:59 pm

then i want to give at least another week for the winner of the redemption round and everyone else in round 2 to get their beats in... again we can wait a few weeks if we have to but if it gets to be too long we'll shut it down

we will just do a final three for the final round so that we dont have to drag it out for another redemption round.

If youve already moved on to round 2 youre good.. we'll give it around 3 weeks if it takes that long to get everyones in.. this little 4 day one is just for people who got eliminated or never got to participate in round 1.. so that we can fill the open spot in round 2
