You can make a soundcloud if you want, lots of people just browse it looking for music and can find yours. I don't know any forums for trip hop specifically, but if you find one let me know. hah

They have a pretty good community it seems like; i'm just a lurker.
But they have forums for different types of electronic stuff like downtempo/trip hop and it seems to be pretty active.
