bpm value increments

hi gang, is there a way to set exact increments?
i am getting annoyed at the way my 303 will jump from say '183' to '186' and not let me access the values inbetween those. is there something wrong with my sp or are they all like this?

nothing wrong with your 303. they are all like this. i don't know why. the more i think about it, the more stupid it seems to me. but like a lot of limitations that come with the sp, it makes me work more creative. if the sp only had 1 second sample time, guys would still come up with some mindblowing shit:)
