I always thought about doin this but I thought u had to have one of the official audio interfaces.

I checked the mspinky stuff but really want to do it with traktor as thats the system everyone else i know uses so would be usin round at their place/parties etc

My buddie got traktor and the stuff you can do with it is amazing, he just loads mp3s in it and time streaches shit too make mashups and mixes that I could never pull off on my 1200s

Virtual DJ, a 10 dollar serato control record and a cheap ass preamp.... This setup works good for me and virtual dj allows u to scratch video too. In all honesty I always just go back to regualr vinyl to scratch, it's always more rewarding that way.

I can even use a time coded mp3 on any of the iPad/iPhone dj apps and it works too as a replacement for an actual turntable.
