Success in modern society is a subjective thing. A person can live on modest income, and be doing something they truly enjoy - regardless of their education. While it is definitely important to learn, in my opinion, it is not a requirement to be highly educated in order to have a fulfilling life.

I value education. But I value personal commitment to a goal just as much. If one wants to reach a certain level, they must find a way to learn in order to achieve that goal. Getting a high school diploma or a college degree do not guarantee anything except knowledge (and sometimes, not even that.)
