Chopping samples in the SP-404?

Post by hejdaman »

Good morning. I have a question about chopping. How you chop up a sample you have recorded from a sourse (cd or vinyl, osv). So far i haven´t found anything in the manual or online (youtube) on chopping up a sample on the machine, just on the computer, and then put the chops on the cf-card and import them. Have i missed some chapter in the manual or something? And where do you think i should turn to get this information? If someone here on the forum maybe would help i would be very greatful. :) Now i have an early morning meeting, so i should get going outside into the cold weather.

Thanks. /Fredrik.

mark + start/end setting, then resample.

The 404 doesn't really have any macro functions, you just have to figure out how to do things yourself using the basic features
Samples.
