Mute Group

Is there any mute group in the sp-555 like in the sp-808.
I only want to trigger the pattern LIVE, and when you switch pattern, they're overlapped.

no sir there isn't. i sold my 555 and just got an 808 and just found out about the mute groups. they are very cool to have. with the 555 you just gotta sample your paterns with the loop capture and turn em into pad samples and rock em that way with triggering, or you can gate loop em.

Thx so much for your reply, it's hard to believe. That's why I will stay with my old 808, I didn't find nothing better.

yeah, the 808 came out years ago and the 555 just came out and look at the differences, wtf is roland doing over there.
