what good is it having a 1GB card for your SP404 when the machine doesn't allow you to save it to projects ?(that doesn't load when the machine turns on, but will have to be loaded manually)...

don't buy one 1gb card.. buy 8 x 128mb cards;)

Wouldn't a smarter move be to buy a card reader and just transfer the projects to the computer each time you make a new beat?

of course depends on how you use your sampler.. i use my for live gigs.. can't start transfering with a computer when im gigging.. i want more cards!

at least 1gig cards have a while to go before theyre obsolete, its hard enough finding 256 nowadays let alone 128

yeah we schould just find a webshot that sells really cheap 256mb/128mb cards and stack up. I think ill do that when i get some more money..

lol i guess it just depends on what your using it for i have a 1 gig and i like it at my house
