it says you can put 'xD card' into it, does that mean SD? thats what the slot looks like,,, anyone use these adapters?

Nope...xd card is a different kind of sd card.the adapter was usefull as smartmedia cards disappeared...but now xd cards are also rare to find on stores...you could try on ebay to find a smartmedia card

good lookin.... smart medias seem to be frequent on ebay i just havent really NEEDED one to go thru that hassle. just thought maybe. MAYBE this adapter would work - thanks for the info man
