I finally found a bimmer from a cool cat in Marin, it was owned by a BMW tech and has service records from the day it rolled off the lot. Got it for $3000 and the rims are worth $3000 alone, it also has the Dinan chip which boosts the HP from 185 to 215. I'm so happy now, I was getting tired of dealing with jokers on craigslist and found this car posted on a bay area bimmer forum.

I don't need rain to drift this baby, but I'm 'bout ta keep it relatively cool this time. This is my dream car and I'm not gonna be foolish again, but I will take it to the Berkeley marina and spin a couple in the wide open. I plan on a euro conversion and then paint it, the guy that sold it to me has the hook up on factory paint jobs. Finally my other gear lust is satisfied.

Yeah, true that elhau. VW's are made so cheaply and have to get parts replaced too often but I like some of 'em like the golf mk1 with a vr6 motor dropped in it. I can't wait to go to Seattle and race with my VW friends.

Man I love VW. Everything in this cars is where it should be. They dont fuck with the design too much and I love it. E.g. Touareg soo "clean" and classic shape. Plus those diesel engines. I loooove em. There are not many diesel powered cars there in usa huh?

Chea, but I don't drink or do drugs at all anymore. Adrenaline is a drug though I guess.
