6 track beat tape all done on the mk2

It’s been a minute
Threw a rnb tape in the mud grinded it with sandpaper chopped it and looped it
Approached this using whatever OG 404 methods were still available while also utilizing some new features the mk2 has to offer
PEACE

LUDE a cris

3,4,6 slapped. (U should join us in the battle realm)

How did you get it so crusty? Typically I see MK2 and hear these jello beats but I really liked the fidelity and crunchy bass.

Thank you! Mostly messing around with the isolator and the cassette tape effects to give it that dirt. Also adding distortion or anything prior to running it past anything else will kinda amplify the dirt from whatever you used to crush it down a bit. The bass was a snare or kicked looped at a really small rate after running a low pass to mute it and a high pass for it knock a certain way makes a nice bass within the box
