Help on exporting samples from compact flash to laptop

Hi, I checked the video that the forum said to look at but it is unavailable. I've tried looking up how to export from this compact flash but nothing really comes up. I understand how to import onto it and then resample to record them onto the banks but there's a couple beats in here that I'd want to save on my laptop. Any help is appreciated.
