For some reason I found this more difficult than the resample challenge, I always find it more difficult the more sample material there is for some reason!

OK.
What does final mastering mean? Cuts are allowed?
Anyway I leave it live recorded, uncut, with some errors.
Like in switching patterns e.g.
Used SP303.
I don't have two SPs, used Hotone Wally looper for bouncing drums from sequencer and back, than used drums as loops in sequencer again.
Than recorded intro + sequences with drums muting (Voice transformer effect wet/dry knob) and effected snares + outro to Minikaosspad 2S. Than recorded the rest over it.
Normalized gain in DAW at the end.
Oh... and I tried to sync SP303 to TR707's clock... Just an idea... But... It doesn't help much. If you switch patterns out of timing, there are still errors...

Abit of a lazy entry from me because I don't have much time atm. Literally just looped the melody that stood out to me, looped some drums and added an acapella. Was gunna add a subsonic bass but in the end decided it sounded better without.

Thank you IIIII !!
I envy anyone with a “workflow” cus fuck me, my stuff gets hectic  If anyone has pointers on structuring beats with resample method that would be great.
I ended up making two beats. I almost posted yesterday but realised I’ve flipped a guitar sample every challenge so went again.

Looking forward to hearing what everyone did!

Mastering as in post sp eq or compression etc...not having a second sp doesn't mean use a bunch of other equipment

Hi
I just wanted to write more about my workflow, because I learned few tricks in last weeks...
Yes, I thought you mean Mastering in this way, so I didn't do any other things I'd like (like cut out some errors etc.)
To be Clear about other equipment (if anybody isn't familiar with it...)
I used looper as one sample pad to bounce from SP303 because it's much faster than anything I have, like PC or tapedeck or 4track or Zoom recorder. Minikaosspad 2S works the same way, but it has some difficult menu diving system for records.... I could use anything.
I used Minikaosspad2S the same way I would use 2 sample pads, because I was lazy to bounce SP303 to Minikaosspad 2S, back, use result as one shot backround sample and layer the rest on top of it and bounce this final result to anything (or resample in SP303 to other pad). I used both as Resampling tool for SP303, no strange tricks or anything.
Used 707 to try clock synchronisation, it doesn't work well, but I had it connected and I used it, because I was just lazy to disconnect it...
And I was just recording about 20th bounce of patterns from SP303 so I didn't care.
Anyway, If you think It's too far from your rules, I'm OK with that.
I just wanted to get better on my SP and make some track I'm OK with.
And I realized I can't be satisfied with a result without pattern mode and resampling patterns in this round. Maybee even in a future.
